The Champagne Life Story: Why I Created Bartender & Bottle Service Uniforms for Nightlife Women

My name is Shannon Jones, and I’ve been working in nightlife for 10 years. What started as curiosity turned into a career, and eventually grew into my passion project — Champagne Life, a clothing brand designed for women in nightlife who deserve to feel confident, comfortable, and to create the lifestyle they desire.

My Start in Nightlife

I began my journey as a bartender in a small lounge. With no experience, I taught myself the basics by watching YouTube videos before eventually enrolling in a bartending class to sharpen my skills.

At the time, I was inspired by the “startenders” I saw on social media — confident, stylish, and in control of their lifestyle. With the help of someone already in the field, I landed my first nightclub job as a bartender.

Since then, nightlife has taken me across New York, Washington D.C., and Miami. I eventually shifted into bottle service, which gave me even more insight into how central appearance, confidence, and presentation are in this industry.

The Struggle with Nightlife Uniforms

Working in multiple venues taught me one thing: most clubs don’t provide custom uniforms. That left women like me scrambling to find something on our own.

The options were limited and frustrating:

  • Swimsuits and shapewear that didn’t flatter every body type.

  • Lingerie that was too revealing and didn’t pair well with tights or bras.

  • Cheap materials that didn’t last through a long shift.

  • Outfits that sold out quickly and couldn’t be reordered for new hires.

That’s when I realized the real need: bartenders, bottle girls, and dancers needed nightlife uniforms that were flattering, durable, and easy to restock.

Why I Created Champagne Life

Through research, trial, and error, I started to design and source bartender outfits and bottle service uniforms that actually worked for our unique needs. Champagne Life was born out of the desire to create luxe, tailored pieces made for nightlife women.

Our vision is simple:
